    User Experience (UX)

Ford Revolution UX Redesign Project for Razorfish

As a UX Writer on the Razorfish Ford Revolution project, I contributed to enhancing Ford's SYNC infotainment system support content across their existing support site, which included maintenance and owner services. Our goal was to improve the user experience by addressing customer pain points related to the three versions of the SYNC system.

I collaborated with our team to audit existing content, identify new topics, and develop a user-friendly taxonomy. A key aspect of my role involved visiting Ford Motor Company with fellow writers, where we engaged in user testing by navigating the SYNC system directly in vehicles, allowing us to pinpoint real user challenges.

Through these efforts, we created a more user-friendly support site with twice as many support topics, resulting in improved site traffic and higher customer helpfulness ratings, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience with Ford's SYNC system.
